Kerja Sepenuh Masa Line Leader, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Ming Shang Technology (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

1. Lead and supervise production operators on the assigned production line.

2. Ensure daily production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time.

3. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with SOP and quality standards.

4. Allocate manpower based on the production schedule and operational requirements.

5. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team when issues arise.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S, and company policies.

7. Prepare daily production reports and update production status.

8. Train, guide, and evaluate production operators.

9. Identify and resolve production issues, escalating major issues to the Production Supervisor.

10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
