Tanggungjawab
Ottodot helps children learn math and science through live online classes and game-based learning. Our Primary program is aligned to the Singapore MOE syllabus.
We are looking for Curriculum Designers (Math/English) to own learning outcomes for our students. You'll design exam-aligned engaging and effective lessons, gather and review qualitative feedback and quantitative data and design specific interventions. You will use AI tools to move faster than a traditional curriculum team.
To apply, please submit an application here: *************
What You'll Own
- Learning outcomes: move student mastery each lesson up week over week.
- Lesson & assessment design: P1–P6 lesson materials aligned to Singapore MOE syllabus and exam standards, with the right rigor per level.
- Teacher execution: spot-checks, teacher-by-teacher tracking, specific feedback that changes what happens in class.
- Game alignment: work with our game production team so in-class games reinforce the syllabus and each lesson's objectives.
We're Looking For Someone With
- Strong grasp of Singapore primary math/english standards preferred — or deep math/english-education expertise and the ability to learn the SG syllabus fast.
- Analytical: you reason from student data and qualitative feedback to prioritized suitable interventions.
- Follow-through: you close intervention loops, hit weekly commitments, and can be relied on moving student learning outcomes up week over week.
- Teaching experience with primary students (classroom or online).
- AI-native, or eager to learn how to leverage AI.
- Empathy for how students actually experience a lesson.
- Strong spoken and written English.
Why This Role Matters
Too much of what kids get in math and English drills procedure without building understanding or confidence, with feedback that arrives too late to matter. We want to build something better: a curriculum where lessons, games, homework, and feedback work together so struggling students actually catch up, enjoy learning, and see it in their grades. If you want to design learning materials for a mission that is playful, human, and measurably effective, we'd love to hear from you.
