reliable an organised Warehouse Assistant
to support our daily warehouse and order fulfilment operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
order picking and packing, receiving oncoming goods and checking stock, inventory management, stocktaking, and maintaining accurate stock records
.
Position Details
Job Title:
Warehouse Assistant – E-Commerce

Tai Seng, Singapore
Salary:
S$1,500 – S$2,500 per month
, depending on experience and skills
Working Hours:
5.5 days per week
Saturday:
Morning shift
Work Environment:
Air-conditioned warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment and Warehouse Operations:
Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Pick, check, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and other required documentation.
Monitor order status and follow up on fulfilment issues.
Coordinate with delivery and logistics providers when required.
Ensure products are correctly picked, packed, and labelled.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Inventory and Stock Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against delivery documents.
Conduct stock counts when receiving new shipments and update inventory records.
Organise and maintain proper storage of products in the warehouse.
Monitor stock levels and identify products requiring replenishment.
Coordinate with the manager on stock replenishment requirements.
Conduct regular stock checks and
quarterly stock takes
.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
Monitor product expiry dates and ensure stock is managed appropriately.
Update product expiry information on relevant online marketplaces when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
GCE 'N' Level / NITEC
qualification.
Minimum
1 year of experience in e-commerce warehouse operations
.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as
Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, RedMart, or Facebook Marketplace
.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in
Microsoft Office and Excel
.
Experience with inventory management systems or online platforms will be an advantage.
Good command of
English
, both written and spoken.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse duties including picking, packing, receiving oncoming goods, and moving stock.
Willing to learn new systems and processes.
