Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
  • Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
  • Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
  • Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback

  • Requirement Gathering: Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance
  • Functional Expertise: Configuring and troubleshooting with growing confidence

  • Consulting Skills: Leads workshops and extracts insights from discussions

  • Task Ownership: Manages own responsibilities with minimal reminders

  • Client Orientation: Balances client requests with solution feasibility
  • Problem Solving: Analyzes root causes and proposes solutions for common issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills
  • Certifications: Workday Certification (required)
