Job Description

• Be the reliable backbone of the executive team — managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments with precision and care
• Produce and distribute polished business documents, reports, and presentations that reflect the highest professional standards
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with a calm, professional presence ensuring every enquiry reaches the right person promptly
• Keep the organisation's filing systems impeccable so that important documents and records are always readily accessible
• Collect, organise, and analyse data that fuels smarter reporting and more confident management decision-making across the business
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal reports that teams across the organisation rely on every single day
• Safeguard the integrity of company data through regular updates, diligent verification, and an unwavering eye for accuracy
• Step in as a dependable coordinator on projects and stakeholder requests ensuring timely delivery and consistently high standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
