About the role

We are looking for a Credit Collection Executive to join our team. Your main job is to contact customers with overdue payments, discuss their payment situation, arrange suitable payment plans and collect outstanding payments. You will be given a list of customer accounts to follow up and will be expected to achieve monthly collection targets.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers with overdue payments.
• Contact customers through phone, SMS, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
• Discuss payment options with customers and arrange payment plans.
• Follow up on promised payments.
• Update customer and payment information in the system.
• Help to locate customers when contact details are not updated.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Report difficult cases to the Team Leader or Manager.
• Keep customer information confidential.

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in debt collection, banking, customer service or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident speaking to customers over the phone.
• Able to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
