Qualification: Degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline

Security Clearance: Must be eligible for Singapore MHA CAT 2 Security Clearance

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to support a mission-critical Air Traffic Management (ATM) program, initially focusing on the LORADS-III solution.

The role involves network architecture, infrastructure design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and technical leadership across factory and customer-site environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network solutions for complex ATM projects

• Develop network architecture diagrams, BOM/LOS and solution documentation

• Prepare network design specifications, acceptance test procedures and integration documents

• Configure, validate and deploy network equipment at factory and customer sites

• Support network/system configuration changes and integration activities

• Participate in Project Design Reviews and technical discussions

• Identify architecture-level risks and recommend validated solutions

• Provide network and systems expertise to project teams

• Support customer training and technical handover

• Lead and coordinate small technical teams

• Allocate and prioritize team tasks and monitor delivery progress

• Support project milestones, change boards and risk mitigation

• Ensure quality and compliance of engineering deliverables

Must-Have Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in similar network engineering roles

Strong experience designing network & infrastructure architectures

Experience designing networks aligned with security standards and policies

Experience leading small technical teams

Strong Cisco networking knowledge

Cisco certification such as CCNA / CCNP preferred

Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, preferably Red Hat

Experience with networking and computer hardware

Scripting knowledge – Shell, Perl and/or TCL/TK

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and international teams

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities

Good to Have

• Experience in mission-critical / near-real-time systems

• Air Traffic Control (ATC) or aviation technology experience

• Experience with large and distributed networked computer systems

• Experience with SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework

• French language skills
