Support the Technology Futures / AI Project Office in driving AI and technology adoption initiatives, user engagement, and partnership coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Research and evaluate AI tools and identify suitable business use cases.
Conduct AI outreach, training, and awareness initiatives.
Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing, usage monitoring, and user support.
Maintain AI-related platforms, resources, and communities of practice.
Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC) projects, technology showcases, and partner engagements.
Track project progress, gather feedback, and support implementation of technology solutions.
Requirements
Past working experience in civil service will be an advantage
Ability to compose clear and professional emails
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management capabilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365)
