Legends is a private members' community that hosts small, invitation-only dinners for senior business guests. We are looking for an Event Host in Singapore to make sure each evening runs smoothly and every guest feels welcome.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Coordinate with the venue before the event

- Welcome guests and look after seating

- Open the evening with a short welcome

- Handle anything that comes up on the spot

- Take photos and short videos of the evening

- Keep our team updated on WhatsApp

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Hospitality experience: restaurant, bar or hotel host, guest relations, front desk or waiting staff

- Fluent English

- Professional, well-presented and composed

- Comfortable with senior guests

- Punctual and reliable

- Confident taking photos and videos on your phone

This is a hosting role, not a sales role. We are not able to consider candidates who work in financial services, brokerage or concierge services.

TERMS

- Freelance, paid per event

- First event: Thursday, 8 October, evening

- Fee discussed individually

- Full briefing provided

- Regular work for future events in Singapore
