Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our growing team at Gemilang Asia Technology. In this role, you will promote and sell our innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Role Description

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to network and promote company products.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team, or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
