Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan and produce short-form video and image content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn with clear briefs and simple shot lists.
• Edit clips for mobile viewing, add captions, and export platform-ready files according to publishing schedules.
• Maintain a visual content library and name files consistently so teammates can reuse assets easily.

Channel Management

• Publish posts, schedule content, and monitor basic performance metrics like reach and engagement daily.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-voice way to keep community sentiment positive.
• Support simple paid boost setups by preparing ad-ready creatives and liaising with the marketing lead.

Idea & Campaign Support

• Pitch content ideas during weekly planning, and turn feedback into revised drafts quickly.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and account leads to ensure content matches campaign goals and timelines.
• Assist with basic performance reports that highlight what worked and suggested next steps.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or candidates with about 0 years of experience in social media or content roles are welcome.
• Portfolio or sample posts that show social content, captions, or short videos is required.
• Basic familiarity with content calendars and publishing workflows is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable using mobile video apps and basic desktop editors, such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Premiere Rush.
• Understanding of platform formats, sizing, and caption conventions for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Practical knowledge of social media metrics like reach, impressions, views, and engagement rates.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong written communication with an ability to write short, on-brand captions and CTAs.
