• Develop and execute monthly marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with sales targets and Proton/HQ initiatives.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and resources to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Develop creative marketing ideas and initiatives to generate leads, increase showroom traffic and support vehicle sales.
• Plan and execute on-ground activities including roadshows, weekend activities, product launches, community events and canvassing.
• Manage monthly sales promotions covering vehicle campaigns, service packages, insurance and other business offerings.
• Lead the company's digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Guide and monitor Sales Advisors in content creation, social media activities and live streaming to generate customer engagement and leads.
• Monitor marketing performance, leads and campaign results, and use data to improve future activities.
• Manage showroom branding, visual merchandising and monthly promotional displays in accordance with HQ requirements.
• Prepare marketing reports, PDCA submissions, KPI tracking and HQ marketing claims accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance and other departments to develop cross-business marketing initiatives.
• Attend relevant meetings, training sessions and state/HQ marketing activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities are properly planned, executed and followed up to achieve measurable business results.
