Supervisor – Job Description

• Supervise and support daily outlet operations.
• Lead and guide staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure sales targets and operational standards are achieved.
• Monitor product quality, cleanliness and food safety.
• Manage stock, inventory and daily stock requirements.
• Ensure staff follow company SOP and policies.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Support the Store Manager in staff training, rostering and outlet performance.

Service Crew / Staff – Job Description

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company SOP.
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Follow food safety, product quality and company standards.
• Assist with stock receiving, preparation and inventory.
• Support daily outlet operations and achieve sales targets.
• Follow instructions from Supervisor and Store Manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
