Role Description The Digital Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing digital content across websites, social media platforms, and other online channels to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and editing copy, creating or coordinating visual assets, and optimizing content for search and engagement. The Digital Content Creator will collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective digital experiences. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, conducting basic audience research, and refining content strategies based on insights.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in digital content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic or video content production, and adaptation of content for different online platforms.
• Experience with social media management, online community engagement, and content scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, such as SEO basics, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
• Ability to conduct audience and competitor research to inform content topics and formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working collaboratively in an on-site team environment and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
