Kerja Sepenuh Masa Senior Planner, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,500 di CTI International (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

This role is responsible for integrating demand, capacity, materials, and production planning to ensure stable operations, strong schedule adherence, and reliable OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders and forecasts to ensure demand accuracy and schedule adherence.
• Consolidate plannable demand (Build Plan & consignment forecast) and coordinate unplannables (NPI & Spot Buys) through controlled release.
• Analyze capacity loading, validate routing/resource setups, and prepare capacity reports.
• Review clear-to-build readiness, follow up material shortages with SCM/Warehouse, and manage MRP exceptions.
• Issue weekly priority plans, support production execution, and highlight risks to OTD.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Program, Customer Service, Materials, Production, Production Control, Engineering, and Quality.
• Drive planning data accuracy, process improvement, and planning excellence across the department.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience in Production Planning, Demand/Material Planning, Scheduling, or PPC.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of MRP/MPS, capacity loading, BOM/routing, and CTB logic.
• Software/Tools: ERP experience required (Epicor preferred) and strong Excel proficiency.
• Soft Skills & Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage fast-changing priorities. Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
