Key responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations and administrative matters
• Attend to resident enquiries, complaints and follow up on maintenance and defect rectification works
• Administration works on service charges, sinking fund, utility charges, quit rent, insurances etc.
• Maintain proper filing of documents, contracts, quotations, work orders, invoices etc.
• Provide secretarial and clerical support to management and departmental teams
• Handle correspondence, emails and telephone communications professionally and promptly
• Support the coordination of property-related administrative tasks and documentation
• Assist with data entry, database management and preparation of administrative reports

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within a property or commercial environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
