About the Role
Join our automotive team as an EV Automotive Technician and build your experience in the growing electric vehicle industry with Proton e.MAS.
You will be responsible for vehicle inspection, servicing, diagnosis and repair while ensuring all vehicles meet the required quality and safety standards before delivery to customers.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnosis and troubleshooting according to the required repair procedures.
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on new Proton e.MAS vehicles to ensure vehicles are in good condition before delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate diagnostic methods and equipment.
- Assist with daily workshop operations, including workshop housekeeping and safety practices.
- Ensure all repair and service jobs are completed properly and within the required timeframe.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Assist senior technicians with technical work and other workshop duties when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum SKM Certificate in Automotive, Mechanical, Electromechanical or a related field.
- Fresh graduates / candidates with relevant automotive experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge or experience in EV/Hybrid vehicles is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Valid Class D driving licence.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, willing to learn and able to work well with a team.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
