Sales Director, APAC - IT Services and Consulting

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (APAC), this is a critical leadership role where you will own the regional sales strategy and lead the Sales & Presales teams. You will be the driving force behind new business and account expansion, positioning the firm as a strategic technology and talent partner across the region.

You will need to understand enterprise technology trends - including AI adoption, cloud transformation, and data modernization - and coach your team to translate these into tangible business outcomes for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the APAC Sales strategy and Go-To-Market plan.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and cross-selling across IT Services, Solutions, and Staffing.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CIOs, CHROs, Procurement).
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales and Presales team, driving accountability and effectiveness.
• Lead complex consultative sales engagements from the initial opportunity through to closure.
• Leverage global capabilities, delivery teams, and technology partners to strengthen client propositions.
• Own pipeline development, sales forecasting, and revenue performance across APAC.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 12+ years of experience in IT Services/Solutions Sales, Technology Consulting, or Strategic Account Management.
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth and winning enterprise clients across APAC.
• Deep expertise selling Digital Transformation, Data & AI, Cloud, Application Development, or Managed Services.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex client challenges into compelling solutions.
• Excellent understanding of ASEAN markets.
• An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mentality with a strong hunter mindset.
