Key Responsibilities
Network Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead daily network operations supporting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, Data Center, Cloud, and Security platforms.
- Ensure network availability, reliability, performance, and service levels are consistently achieved.
- Manage Major Incident (P1/P2) resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
- Monitor network health and capacity utilizing enterprise monitoring tools.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Infrastructure Management
- Oversee enterprise network technologies including:
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Aruba Wireless Infrastructure
- Check Point Firewalls
- F5 Load Balancers
- BlueCat DNS/IPAM
- Zscaler Internet Access
- SD-WAN Solutions
- Microsoft Azure Networking
- MPLS and Internet Connectivity
- Ensure infrastructure lifecycle management, software upgrades, and hardware refresh programs.
Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Govern Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Review and approve network-related CRs, eCRs, and Service Requests.
- Ensure operational compliance with ITIL best practices.
- Lead post-incident reviews and corrective action planning.
Security & Compliance
- Partner with Cyber Security teams to maintain secure network operations.
- Support audit, compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Prudential's security policies and governance standards.
- Participate in vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with service providers, telecommunications vendors, and technology partners.
- Conduct regular service reviews and performance assessments.
- Engage business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide operational support.
- Coordinate with regional and country technology teams across Asia.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor network engineers and support teams.
- Define operational objectives, KPIs, and performance targets.
- Manage resource planning, skill development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and customer service.
Project Delivery
- Support delivery of network transformation and modernization programs.
- Participate in cloud migration, office relocation, acquisition, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure operational readiness for new services and technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of networking experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of:

- Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments.
