PROJECT COORDINATOR / EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities and supporting administrative, purchasing and government tender processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Quotations and Purchase Orders (PO) for respective projects.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating and managing Government Tender documentation and submissions.
• Handle day-to-day project management.
• Manage transactions and documentation through government online platforms, e.g. e-Perolehan.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• With or without working experience – training will be provided.
• Diploma/Degree mandatory from Science, Engineering, Medical Science or a related field background experience.
• Candidates with experience in project coordination, administration, purchasing, tender management or related fields will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of e-Perolehan or other government online platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our office in Puchong.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,100.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
