Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Build a candidate network that relies on proactive sourcing techniques and on-going candidate engagement
• Oversees New-Hire Onboarding process for requisitions assigned
• Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment/sourcing strategies to produce high quality active and passivecandidates and pipelines;
• Ensure compliance to internal audit, external audit, risk as well as any other internal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience specialising in volume hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
