Role Description This Digital Marketing Intern role is an internship position based in Kuching, offered on a hybrid basis, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including assisting with social media campaign planning, content scheduling, and audience engagement. Responsibilities include helping monitor campaign performance, gathering web analytics data, and preparing basic reports to inform future strategies. The intern will collaborate with team members on online marketing initiatives, contribute ideas for digital campaigns, and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing within a technology-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance and derive simple insights
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with the team and contributing to content
• Basic understanding of AI or emerging technologies, or willingness to learn quickly in this domain
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency with common digital tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Positive attitude, willingness to take feedback, and openness to developing new skills
