WE ARE HIRING: HORECA TERRITORY SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

This is a field sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing new business and turning daily market visits into real sales. You will be assigned a specific Parliamentary Constituency and will be responsible for developing the HORECA market within your territory.

Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Sembilan

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to potential HORECA outlets within your designated Parliament
• Identify restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers and other potential HORECA customers
• Meet and present directly to business owners, purchasing managers, chefs and other decision makers
• Promote wet & dry food products using the company product catalogue as your sales kit
• Acquire new HORECA customers and convert prospects into active customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and grow their purchases
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase order value and product penetration
• Generate 100% cash sales in accordance with company procedures
• Achieve monthly sales targets and continuously improve sales margin
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market opportunities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in HORECA, F&B, FMCG, food distribution, wholesale or field sales is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident approaching business owners and decision makers
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Results-driven and comfortable working with sales targets
• Comfortable with daily outdoor/field sales activities
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently
• Good territory and time management skills
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation is preferred
