About the Role

RB Spray Tech Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer and distributor of agricultural spraying equipment and accessories, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse / Storehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in Port Klang, Selangor.

This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the efficient operation of the company's warehouse, inventory, distribution, and purchasing activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing incoming goods and materials.
• Checking goods received against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.
• Maintaining detailed inventory records and conducting regular stock checks and stock audits.
• Organizing and labeling stock for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Carrying out stock-related tasks such as labeling, sorting, packing, and stock returns.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of inventory.
• Assisting in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers when required.
• Comparing supplier quotations, lead times, and product specifications.
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and order follow-ups.
• Assisting in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Supporting purchasing activities to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize supply disruptions.
• Assisting in identifying cost-saving opportunities through alternative sourcing and supplier evaluation.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods when required.
• Assisting with local deliveries, collection of goods, and transportation duties when necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse and storage areas.
• Providing support to the logistics, purchasing, and operations teams as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory control, logistics, or purchasing is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Access UBS, ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of sourcing, purchasing, inventory control, and supplier management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse duties.

Additional Requirements

• Must possess own transport.
• Applicant must hold a valid GDL License or a valid driving license.
• Ability to drive 1 Ton and 3 Ton lorries is preferred.
• Willing to travel for deliveries, collections, or supplier visits when required.
• Forklift driving experience and certification will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
