Overview

We are searching for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for marketing strategy, brand development, and creative storytelling. As a Marketing & Branding Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand image, ensuring a compelling and consistent presence across various channels.

Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Brand Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the brand strategy. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted campaigns.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Craft narratives that resonate with the target audience.
• Visual Identity: Oversee the visual elements of the brand, including design elements, logos, and promotional materials. Ensure a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to inform branding and marketing strategies.
• Event Marketing: Coordinate and execute marketing activities for events, product launches, and promotions. Ensure that the brand message is effectively communicated to the target audience.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing and branding initiatives. Utilise data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

• Cross-functional: Working and collaborating closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and branding roles.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
