About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong Front-End expertise to lead the technical direction of our web applications. You will focus primarily on building scalable, responsive and user-friendly front-end solutions, while contributing to back-end development, API integration, technical improvements and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead front-end development across the SDLC, including architecture, development, implementation and delivery.
  • Design and develop responsive, scalable and maintainable web applications, with strong attention to performance and user experience.
  • Establish and improve front-end frameworks, coding standards and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers on API integration and end-to-end system functionality, with hands-on involvement in Node.js (JavaScript / TypeScript)/C#/Python/PHP or similar technologies where required.
  • Provide technical support to development teams and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Review and improve existing solutions to enhance quality, performance and maintainability.
  • Coach and mentor developers while keeping up with emerging front-end technologies and industry practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience, with strong Front-End Development expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of modern front-end technologies, frameworks, responsive web development and UI/UX principles.
  • Working knowledge of .NET, C#, API integration or similar back-end technologies.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, development standards and best practices; experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities while working effectively across teams and client environments.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
