Qualification:

1. Must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the industrial sector, preferably in water and wastewater treatment, with a good performance record.

3. Strong process orientation with an analytical and logical mindset, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

4. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.

5. Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.

6. Experience working in an ISO-certified company will be an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

1. Good knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and systems.

2. Knowledge of basic operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of water treatment equipment.

3. Able to understand treatment process flow, equipment functions and operational parameters.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Improve operational systems, processes and policies to support the organization’s objectives and operational efficiency.

2. Organize and conduct internal meetings with team members to discuss operational matters, work progress and required actions.

3. Plan, prepare and monitor the master operation schedule to ensure work is carried out according to requirements and timelines.

4. Lead, manage and coordinate operational activities related to water and wastewater treatment systems.

5. Monitor the performance of treatment systems and ensure smooth and effective daily operations.

6. Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.

7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

8. Prepare and review technical reports, operation records and other related documentation.

9. Ensure operational activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements and applicable standards.

10.Travel to customer or operational sites when required for site support, inspection, troubleshooting and operational review.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
