To welcome and engage visitors, provide basic information on Kuala Lumpur’s history and heritage, and ensure a friendly, informative and memorable visitor experience at KL City Gallery.

What you'll be doing

1. Welcome and engage local and international visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Provide accurate basic information on Kuala Lumpur’s history, architecture, culture and heritage.

3. Assist with guided tours, exhibitions, events and visitor programmes when assigned and trained.

4. Handle visitor enquiries, feedback and basic assistance to ensure a positive visitor experience.

5. Coordinate with the Gallery, Ticketing, Retail and Operations teams to support daily operations.

What we're looking for

·        Malaysian citizen with Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.

·        Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages an advantage.

·        Confident, friendly and comfortable communicating with local and international visitors.

·        Genuine interest in Kuala Lumpur’s history, architecture, culture and heritage.

·        Willing to work weekends/public holidays according to Gallery operating schedule.
