Company Background

We are representing our client, a global leader in high-performance materials for the Aerospace, Defense, and Precision Engineering sectors, is seeking a proactive Production & Operations Coordinator for their facility in Klang.

Job Responsibilities:

• Global Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between overseas business units, Account Managers, and the local Malaysia facility.
• Operations & Delivery: Oversee smooth daily warehouse workflow, expedite incoming/outgoing orders, and optimize production levels.
• System & Traceability: Ensure all order processing, job entries, and stock tracking are accurately logged in the computer/ERP system for 100% material traceability.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict warehouse safety standards, machinery pre-checklists, racking protocols, proper PPE usage, and complete department paperwork.
• Flexibility: Adapt to cross-functional warehouse tasks, adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Background in a production/warehouse environment, specifically focusing on Aerospace metals or high-grade alloys.
• Excellent written & verbal English is mandatory for international daily coordination.
• Strong ERP/system usage, internal stakeholder management, high safety awareness, and a proactive, adaptable attitude.

Extra Information:

• Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 6pm)
• Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang
