Job Responsibilities
Lead
end-to-end showroom renovation and facilities projects
for multiple luxury automotive brands.
Develop and manage
project timelines, budgets and work plans
according to brand requirements.
Coordinate with
internal stakeholders, consultants, architects, contractors and vendors
to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timelines to ensure projects are completed
within approved budget and schedule
.
Handle project documentation, stakeholder communication and other duties assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree
with at least
5 years of relevant project management experience
, preferably in facilities, renovation, construction or related industries.
Strong experience in
project planning, renovation processes, contractor/vendor management and quality control
.
Good
budgeting, cost control, negotiation and project coordination
skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong
stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
, with good attention to detail.
Valid Class 3 driving licence
and comfortable travelling between project sites when required.
