About the Role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date General Ledger (GL) entries and oversee full-set accounting operations.
• Monitor daily and weekly financial/cash flow reports for group management.
• Prepare month-end and year-end management reports in a timely manner.
• Perform routine intercompany balance reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in audit preparation by supporting audit requests and compiling required documentation.
• Handle operational administrative tasks to support overall finance function.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional certificate.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (full-set or GL experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with MYOB is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
