Kerja Sepenuh Masa HR ASSISTANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di RJ METALS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR department in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews and preparing employment documents.
• Prepare and maintain HR letters, memos, reports and other related documents.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor employee attendance, overtime, leave and other HR-related records.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, overtime and leave information.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave and other matters.
• Assist in coordinating training, staff activities and company events.
• Ensure HR documents and records are properly filed and kept confidential.
• Assist with statutory and compliance-related matters when required.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or management.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in HR System is an advantage (SQL/Autocount/Infotech/Worksy)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
