• Perform daily application health checks and monitor application performance using Dynatrace.
• Provide L1 support for user enquiries, incidents, and service requests.
• Log, update, monitor, and resolve tickets through ServiceNow, escalating unresolved issues to L2 support where required.
• Perform incident triage, initial troubleshooting, and first-contact resolution based on established SOPs.
• Ensure tickets contain complete and accurate information to support further investigation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of L1 Application Support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, databases, web servers, and virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Must-have: Scripting, MySQL/Oracle, Linux/Windows, Web Servers, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow.
• Good analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• ITIL certification is an added advantage.
