Role Description

An Assistant Executive Lounge Manager is responsible for supporting the Executive Lounge Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the executive lounge, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing the lounge team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the Executive Lounge team.
• Maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and brand requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Executive Lounge.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with system usage and management (e.g. Opera, Symphony)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
