Glory HR Solutions is a professional HR solutions firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading organizations across various industries. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as HR & Admin Intern.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and administrative documentation.
• Support daily office administration and filing.
• Handle data entry and ensure document accuracy.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Internship period of at least 3 months.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
