- Duties include motivating sales teams,creating business strategies, developing promotional materials for shop
- Manage the day to day operations of theCentre with a focus on all service and operational logistics of thereservations and reception
- Evaluate and supervise the performance ofteam members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action includingany written documentation
- Provides weekly work schedules
- Regularly evaluates business processes,procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary
- Responsible for staffing, staffdevelopment, and training
- Resolves customer complaints that havebeen escalated
- Managing, coaching and motivating team ofsales staff and hairstylist
- Maintain updates on promotion, benefitsand offer to customers
- Support the sales team and ensure thatthey can meet team's performance KPI
- Handle customers' enquiries and provideprofessional consultation
- Supervision on the performance of teammembers
- Provide support and maintainmarketing/sales initiative in order to achieve the desired revenue of thecompany
