about the job

In this role, you will act as the primary HR operational lead for assigned sites, partnering with HR Business Partners, site managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end HR support. Key responsibilities include:

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate interview arrangements, manage onboarding (contracts, medical checks, work pass processing, system setup), track probation and fixed-term contract renewals, and oversee offboarding compliance. Handle logistics and travel arrangements for Non-Traditional Source (NTS) workers.
• HR Data & Governance: Maintain accurate employee data across SAP SuccessFactors, Sezame, and local HRIS platforms. Generate HR metrics and dashboards, assist with process automation, and support internal and external audits.
• Employee & Union Relations: Advise site managers and employees on policies, handle employee relations matters (ER cases, PIPs, warning letters, retirements), and serve as a key point of contact for union matters.
• Site Support & Mobilization: Conduct regular site visits, manage employee mobilization and demobilization across sites, and collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, IT) and external service providers.

skills and experience required

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of full-spectrum HR Operations experience.
• Strong understanding of local Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of independently managing assigned business sites and HR projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to use data insights to optimize service delivery and solve site operational challenges.
