Work location: Central
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: Up to $3500 per month

12 months contract

Job Scope:

• Provide administrative and coordination support for project-related activities
• Review and verify project documentation and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
• Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking logs for ongoing projects and related documentation
• Support the processing of project payments by reviewing supporting documents and ensuring all required information is in place
• Assist in coordinating and following up on project submissions, approvals, and workflow processes with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and version control of project records
• Generate status updates and reports as required by the team
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on administrative and documentation matters
• Provide general administrative support and undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in construction, project administration, contract administration, quantity surveying support
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
