Job Description

• Answer phone calls and assist outlet staff with daily needs.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and accurate data management & safekeeping.
• Handle data entry, generate sales invoices, and manage internal systems
• Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, and computers.
• Support in organizing outlet activities and team coordination.
• Maintain office cleanliness and a well-organized workspace.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
