About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Regional Product Leader to spearhead the growth and market expansion of our innovative medical product portfolio across the region. In this high-impact role, you will be the strategic architect behind our product success—from identifying new opportunities and shaping launch strategies to driving brand differentiation in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic expansion of the product portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and delivering accurate forecasts to fuel market penetration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive pipeline strategies, covering pre-launch planning, go-to-market execution, and post-launch initiatives to ensure long-term product vitality.
• Design and implement robust brand and market penetration strategies. Leverage competitive intelligence to proactively respond to market shifts and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Principals, Medical Managers, and the Commercial Team to design and deliver impactful product training that equips sales teams with the scientific and communication skills needed to exceed targets.
• Analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive data to uncover trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and refine strategic direction.
• Define and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns, continuously measuring and optimizing their effectiveness to maximize ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, align objectives, and ensure cohesive execution across all product initiatives.
• Engage and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), collaborating with clinical, sales, and training teams to advance product credibility and adoption.
• Oversee distributor relationships, ensuring effective communication, alignment with business goals, and seamless collaboration across the region.
• Take on ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as needed to support the company’s evolving business needs.

Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product management or commercial strategy within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a demonstrable focus on regional markets.
• A track record of developing and executing successful product launch strategies and achieving commercial growth targets.
• Strong ability to translate complex data and market insights into actionable, high-impact strategies.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional ability to influence, engage, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex scientific and commercial concepts with clarity.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region as required.
