Job Description for Assistant Manager

• Assist PIC in managing daily outlet operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain food quality and customer service standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, attitude, and performance.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, training, scheduling, and staff management.
• Respond proactively to customer needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve targets and KPIs.

Job Description for Outlet Manager

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets to maximize outlet profitability.
• Ensure excellent food quality and customer service standards.
• Handle cash and online payments, including daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, attitude, and performance.
• Support recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and staff management.
• Manage daily outlet operations within company standards and budget.
• Respond proactively to customer needs and concerns.
• Handle purchasing and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
• Prepare sales and productivity reports for management.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Set targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork within the outlet.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
