Job Purpose

To lead the design and execution of all marketing contents and materials while ensuring they strictly follow corporate brand and tone-of-voice guidelines. Act as a bridge between internal departments and external agencies, managing everything from creative briefs and social media content to media production and website SEO. Beyond strategy, will provide hands-on support for digital projects like website revamps and event photography/videography to boost brand awareness. Ultimately, you are the brand guardian responsible for keeping communications consistent, high-quality, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Localize, execute and develop creative and attractive Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) campaign materials for business and internal communications.
• Working with internal clients, briefing and advising them with regards to design style, format, print production and timescales. Propose improvement as and when necessary
• Propose ideas and suggestions on social media postings, campaigns and ads to attract followers and engagements.
• Work on Website Revamp and content harvesting, SEO for the corporate website.
• Work on any potential collaborative events to further enhance the brand awareness for HLMT.
• Provide photography and videography assistance for internal and external events.
• Knowledge of photography, videography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
• Ensure all images & artwork completed are saved under company back-up system
• Assist other departments ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.
• Lead closely and guard the (visual) brand identity and tone-of-voice, e.g. by supporting the adaptation and creation of all communication with an expert opinion on key messaging and ensuring the compliance of Corporate Identity Guideline.
• Manage creative and performance media agencies to ensure proper and on-time delivery of quality materials.
• Responsible for managing postings for HLMT’s website and other social media platforms
• Assist the Manager to identify opportunity or coming up with campaigns including social media platforms to increase brand awareness and support the sales lead generation.
• Keeping up to date and following with up the latest compliance and regulations by Bank Negara Malaysia and associations.
• Adherence to the internal SOPs and Group Policy to ensure the sustainability of our brand, uphold ethical business practices, protect the integrity of our operations, achieve full compliance with regulatory expectations, and preserve the confidence entrusted to us by our stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field is typically required.
• Solid knowledge in website revamp, content management, SEO, social media management, social media lead generation campaigns, event collaboration.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, has a mature attitude and is a good team player.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker and a passionate person.
