Management Trainee / Operations Trainee

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily F&B operations including customer service, food & beverage preparation, cashiering and stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety and service standards according to company SOPs and regulations.
• Support supervisors in team supervision, staff scheduling, task delegation and service quality.
• Assist with customer feedback, complaints, stock-taking, ordering and inventory control.
• Assist in daily sales reporting and learn to analyse sales and operational performance.
• Participate in new staff training and develop leadership, communication and people management skills.

Training & Development:
• Initial Phase: Learn store opening/closing procedures, company policies, regulations, marketing activities and market information.
• Mid Phase: Learn restaurant service and KTV operations, with cross-department and hands-on training.
• Final Phase: Develop skills in manpower planning, scheduling, task allocation, department coordination, leadership and decision-making.

Working Hours:
6 Working Days per Week
Day Shift: 11AM–9PM / 12PM–10PM
Night Shift: 5PM–3AM / 8PM–6AM
10 hours per day, including 1-hour break.

Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Interest in F&B operations and management preferred.
• Relevant F&B, hospitality or management experience is an advantage.
