Immediate Hiring for Cashier F&B Restaurant

Location: JIBRIL Bangi

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle POS system, customer payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Process cash, card, QR, and other available payment methods.
• Ensure all cash transactions and payment records are accurate.
• Perform daily opening and closing of the cashier counter, including cash reconciliation.
• Maintain and update petty cash records when required.
• Maintain basic daily sales and transaction records using Microsoft Excel.
• Attend to guests’ enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on menu items, promotions, daily specials, and any menu changes.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized cashier counter and surrounding area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding payment, order, or operational matters.
• Assist the service or bar team during peak and non-peak hours when required.
• Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to the company dress code.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, accounting and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a POS system is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for the F&B industry and customer service.

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Honest, responsible, and reliable when handling cash and payments.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and positive working attitude.
• Quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and an approachable manner.
