Full Time Retail Assistant Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,900 in Claire_Organics Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
• Leading and motivating a team of sales staff to achieve the sales target
• Ensure that customers receive excellent service by maintaining a friendly and helpful store atmosphere.
• Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• To recruit and train outlet staff.
• To arrange staff duty schedule and validate attendance record for payroll.
• To coordinate with other support departments on outlet operations.
• To ensure all the relevant reports are completed and submitted within the stipulated deadlines
• Manage all bazaars stocks delivery, set up & dismantle.
• To check retail staffs salary reports included commission and claims before submit to HR and Finance department.
• To attend all events and coaching DIY workshop.
• To set up partner stores.
• To do livestream in retail outlet 4 times per month. (1 hour each time)

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in skincare or aromatherapy products.
• Available to work weekends and flexible shifts as required by store operations.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Practical knowledge of stock control, inventory counting, and freshness management.
• Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills for simple reporting and sales tracking.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication and friendly customer service attitude.
• Organised, reliable, and able to keep calm during busy periods.
• Problem solving mindset with attention to product quality and detail.
