Junior HR Assistant

Location: Desa Tun Razak, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday: Rest Day

Salary Package

Basic Salary: RM2,000/month

Attendance Allowance: RM200/month

Performance Allowance: Up to RM300/month

Total Monthly Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 (including allowances)

Job Responsibilities

- Assist with daily HR administrative tasks

- Maintain and update employee records and documents

- Check staff attendance and leave records

- Assist with recruitment and interview arrangements

- Assist with new employee onboarding

- Assist with payroll preparation

- Assist with EPF, SOCSO and EIS matters

- Prepare basic HR letters and documentation

- Support management in handling daily staff matters

- Perform other HR-related duties when required

Requirements

- Minimum SPM / Diploma

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- No HR working experience required – training will be provided

- Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills

- Willing to learn

- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

- Good communication skills

- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information
