About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building meaningful, long-term partnerships with clients. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, taking the time to understand each client's unique goals, priorities and evolving needs while recommending business solutions that create lasting value.

Working closely with internal teams, you'll strengthen client engagement, coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure every interaction delivers an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, building trust and driving meaningful outcomes through strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Understand clients' objectives and recommend tailored business solutions to support their evolving needs.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain proactive communication.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and enhance overall client experience.
• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship-building initiatives.
• Prepare client proposals, presentations and review materials.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a high standard of client servicing.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newton (Central Singapore)
