About the Role

A client-facing Presales/Business Analyst role that bridges sales and delivery for Neelitech's automation and agentic AI solutions in the Singapore market. The person will run discovery calls, build demos, and translate client problems into solution narratives that help close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, discovery calls, and solution demos
• Translate business requirements into presales collateral (proposals, use-case decks, ROI narratives)
• Support the sales cycle from qualification through proposal and handoff to delivery
• Build and customize demos on Power Platform / automation tools
• Work closely with delivery and leadership to shape client-specific pitches
• Track and report on pipeline activity and client engagement

Must-Have

• 2–3 years in presales, sales, or business analysis — ideally in process automation or enterprise software
• Strong client-facing skills — confident running meetings/demos with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Based in Singapore, able to meet clients in person

Good to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) and/or certification
• Exposure to AI/agentic solutions or automation consulting
• Existing network among Singapore enterprise clients
