REPORTING TO: Quality System Manager (QSM)

DEPARTMENT: Quality Department

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• To coordinate with site personnel in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and specifications.
• To conduct regular interval site inspection / site walkabout on ongoing activities in ensuring compliance with all requirements and specifications for end quality product.
• To assist in identifying and reporting non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• To coordinate and collaborate with project team to improve processes and reduce defects.
• To attend site meetings as and when required to follow-up on all quality pertinent matters.
• To ensure all project documented information is controlled, adequately protected and will be in the latest revision at the point of issues.
• To ensure implementation of the Company Quality Management System and compliance with ISO9001 requirement.
• To carry out internal quality audit at project sites to ensure that the quality system requirements are being followed throughout the organization and that effective procedures and works instructions are being implemented by all departments and/or disciplines.
• To assist in data analysis on information collected pertaining to management review.
• To assist and coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth execution of company audit processes, providing necessary documentation, reports, and compliance evidence.
• To educate train on quality control procedures and best practices
• To co-ordinate site projects' documented information / documentation for storage and disposal.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION :

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control processes.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor.
• Experience in internal and external audit activities.
• Knowledge of ISO 37001 and QLASSIC is an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
