Role Overview:

A technical role focused on BIM modelling, coordination, and digital submissions.
You will manage Revit models, coordinate with consultants, and handle BCA BIM e-submission in compliance with mandatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

To construct 3D models and prepare architectural shop drawings for submission to the authorities and construction using BIM software.

Prepare and coordinate Architectural services drawings for building construction.

Liaise with consultants on design concepts and changes.

Prepare architectural as-built drawings.

Provide support to the project team in duties related to BIM

Job Requirements

Hands-on experience with Revit and AutoCAD

Proven experience with BCA BIM e-submission

Familiarity with CORENET 2 / X standards

Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with Autocad, Autodesk Revit MEP, Revit Architecture, or other related design modeling and coordination software.

Completed BIM Modelling or BIM Management or similar courses. BIM Modelling or BIM Management certification is an advantage

Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines.

Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
